Dear Sir,

Subject: Permission for Free Period.

I am a student of Grade-x, Section-A. I am the class representative and thus, am writing this letter on behalf of the entire class. This is to bring to your kind notice that we need to get a games period in between our routine classes. It is very necessary for us to rejuvenate and re-energize for the next class. Physical exercise and some outdoor sports would also boost a healthy mind in a healthy body. Thus, we would be highly obliged if you could grant us the permission for the same everyday in between our classes.

We would be grateful for the same. The request has been extended by everyone undersigned. Thanking you in anticipation.
