Sir,
I approached the information counter at the Kashipur Railway Station yesterday at 7.15 p.m. to make enquiries about trains leaving for Haldwani. The officer at the counter kept me waiting for twenty
minutes while he chatted non-chalantly with a colleague. Then he walked off and was away for another twenty minutes. The timing of rest in my locality is to short sir sometimes we miss the train .There are many old people who used train for traveling and due to the shortage of time they missed it. so I kindly request u to manage more time here in my locality.
