I hope this letter finds you in great health and state of mind. I am writing this letter to share with you that our school recently installed a state-of-the-art rain water harvesting plant. It is so big that if filled to capacity, it can provide for the school’s water needs for three months at a stretch. All rain water falling on the school premises will be channeled to the storage tanks. Advanced filters have been installed in the plant which will filter the water and supply to the water tanks. Students will be able to drink that water also. I am so excited about the plant. If all schools and organizations, and people in general install rain water harvesting plants at their buildings, homes, etc. much of water shortage problem in the country can be solved. I am really very happy about it. The rest is fine. Dussehra holidays are going on. I wish you a happy and prosperous Dussehra. Give parnam to auntie ji and love to cousins.

As the world is suffering from water scarcity, we have to save and conserve the water we have. It rains frequently in your place and I feel you should install a rain water harvesting plant also.
