The reason behind this letter is I know that you have a habit of roaming outside . But roaming outside during this pandemic situation is very problematic . why I am saying like that is since if you roam outside without any proper precautions you will be affected by the virus and very soon your family also gets affected so that is why it is not good to roam outside. Instead, try doing physical excercise in your home . Remember the slogan "prevention is better than cure " .
