Sub: to apologise for breaking the window pane of the Conference Hall.

Respected Sir,

This is to apologise and beg pardon for I have mistakenly broken the window of the Conference Hall which overlooks the cricket pitch. Sir, it was not done intentionally and happened when I hit a delivery towards the Long Off fielding position. The shot took flight and the ball hit the window pane glass which shattered instantaneously.

I apologise for my mistake and am willing to pay a monetary fine for the breakage caused by me.

Hoping you will forgive me.

Yours obediently

I recognize the efforts of the teachers to instill discipline in me as well as knowledge I need to succeed in life. I promise to never repeat this mistake again and to work hard to grow to be a better person and to perform well in my academics.

I hope this will not cause any damage in our relationship. Once again, I am very sorry for this. Please forgive me.

I thank you.
