Sir,
I the student of class 9 of your school is stating that we must encourage students to develop the habit of reading. For that purpose I am writing this letter to you so that you can be aware of our demand. We must start a supply of newspaper for the students who are eager to read it and for those who want to speak English fluently. So I request you to start a news bulletin for junior as well as senior classes. Hope you understand our feelings.
