Subject : Seeking permission to visit your factory by our students.

Dear Sir / Ma'am

Our school authority organizes a educational trip for all class 9 boys . As they plan to visit a steel factory for peruse their students and your factory is the automatic choice . The motive is to appraise them about the working atmosphere in a steel factory and also the procedure of making steel from it's ore . We hope this can give them some more knowledge apart from books.

There are about 80 boys who will visit your factory . And they will accompanied by our teachers and staff members. As the authority are very interested to show their students about the working in a factory .

We , the school authority is hereby request you to allow our students for the said educational excursion into your factory premises with full support and give them the opportunity about the know-how of steel processing so that they may be interested to acquire knowledge in their future life.
