Dear Sir (or Madam):
My cable TV service has not been working since yesterday and I would like it fixed immediately.
Yesterday I reported the problem to the technical support helpline and arrangements were made to send a technician today at 9 AM. The technician arrived at 11 AM, and then left after ten minutes saying he couldn’t fix the problem. He did not indicate when the problem would be properly addressed. He only said he would tell his supervisor.
I have called the technical support helpline, but I am not able to get a satisfactory response. All I am told is that the ticket for the service call is open and no further information is available. Even the supervisor at the helpline is not able to give me further information.
Help me please!
