Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect I would like to inform you that my daughter(name of daughter), of class(class eg.5th,6th,7th) and section(a,b,c) cannot attend school from (dates on which you are to take leave, eg. 15th-24th) of December because we will not be in the town as we are leaving for Singapore on the first date mentioned above.

I hope that you will be kind enough to grant me leave for the respective dates.
