Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a student studying in this school in the 9th grade. I am writing this letter to inform you about the state of our school garden. It is a matter of great concern for all the students. I recently visited the garden to study for a project that we have to prepare for psychology. The garden does not have any mature trees whatsoever. Due to this, the garden does not remain cool. This is a very inconvenient thing for all students as nobody wants to visit the garden anymore. I wanted to request permission to plant some trees in the garden with the help of the gardener and the students. The funds can be collected by the contribution of the students. I have attached all the details with this letter.
