About our National bird:-

As we know our national bird is peacock. Peacocks are large , colourful pheasants know for their iridescent tails. This tail feathers speed out in a a distinctive train that is more than 60% of birds total body length and most colourful eye markings of blue, gold, red and other hues. Peacocks are ground feeders that eat insects plants and small creature. There are too familiar peacocks species the blue pic of leaves in India and Sri Lanka while the green peacock is found in Java and Myanmar . Technically only males are peacocks females are peahens and together they are called peafowl. The term peacock is commonly used to refer to words of both sexes.
