During nowadays every one prefer for junk food as it is cheap, less time and tasty. But this junk food has no more vital nutrients for our body. And this only make us patients. Junk food also make people increaed obesity like uncontrollable fat.It also make difficult in digestion. In students, the taking of junk food make decreasing learning capabilities, also leads to less memory.The frequent consumption of junk food make so many diseases like obesity,head ache, depression, cholesterol, diabetes etc..
