WORKING - PLACING AN ORDER LETTER

1) Suppose you have to place an order of various sports items for the Annual Sports Day of your school. So for that, you will look for traders who deal with sports items.

2)Then you will send the letter(not this one) to various traders asking for their quotation price i.e the list of items that they offer with their price. The traders will reply to you with their quotations.

3)Then after examining all the quotations, suppose you are satisfied with the quotation of ABC traders.

4)So you decide to place your order with them.

5)So you write them this order placing letter with your sender's address and here, the reference number will be of your firm/organization because you are sending the letter.
