Respected Sir,

I, xyz is writing this letter to inform you about the water logging in our locality due to continuous rain of last week. The heavy rain lead to cracks of roads which now became a deep hole. Due to deep holes, water get collected which leads to foul smell and have increased the growth of mosquitoes. Mosquitoes have lead to spread of disease like malaria and chikungunya.

Water logging have become a every year problem. Every year municipality construct the road but after continuous rain the roads get ruined which leads to more traffic and accidents. Young children and old people find it difficult to walk on road as they get hurt easily due to deep holes. Roads become fully covered with mud and have become difficult to walk.

So Sir, I kindly request you to look into this matter and take strict actions against this problem. Please make required arrangements in building of roads and also look into the quality of things used in building road.
