to "depuputy commissiner "

Hi sir iam the one of the "visiter" on Banglore to see such public

places ... so the thing is sir iam diisapointed because I saw the the slum surroundings and government libraries and public parks ..

when I saw that slum surrounding I fell very bad about that people so sad

and when I saw that public libraries there are are so much of disturbance and there are only 20 books and there are no teachers and the books are only about clothes ..

and another thing is public parks and sorry to tell this that are not public parks they public forest... so iam requesting u to repair that slum and libraries and parks ..
