Dear sir/madam

I am writing this letter to bring your attention that I am not satisfied with your quality of service provided.i am taking about the services I tool on DD/MM/YYYY and want to let you know i was very upset with your staff's performance and the Panasonic DVD which I brought was defective and showing bad performance within two weeks and is has warranty of three years.

I have been your regular customer so please exchange my defective Panasonic DVD with a good one within on week otherwise I will complain it to the consumer rights department.
