1) When the writer went to the the restaurant it was launch time. The people were eating and drinking. some of the chairs and tables had been pushed into a corner.

3) private school for the interview of a teaching job. I had taken my all important documents n marksheets upto 12th for it. My percentage or grades were not too good but i believe in knowledge n experience only.N in begining i was too nervous n scared but then i take a long breath n bring a self confidence on myself n thought to give my best as first impression is the last impression. Then with a happy n relax mind i went for the interview. Then their the head of the school had asked me many of questions regarding knowledge, my thoughts n ways about teaching n many more n they were too surprised n happy by taking my interview. I was too happy with it bcoz they dont gave me a permission to do job but gave me a respectful order that i have to do job at their school only. I was totally shocked with their this behaviour n respect for me.N at last when i told them to see once my all marksheets which were not having good percentages or grades n neither i had any degree with me but they refused for it n told me that we want n need knowledge n experience not marksheets n degrees. N that was the only moment when i belived on two things in my life that.

4) It's clear from the passage that John Fuller was a boring fellow when he was young and he grew up to become a film star. The writer used to study with him in school and used to ignore John for being boring and ordinary. So, it was quite surprising for the writer to see John growing up to become a film star.

6) Companies want to hire cashiers who are good with money and good with people. Your goal is to show that you're both and to demonstrate that you're a pleasant, reliable person to work with, as well as a positive public face for the company.
