A body is projected horizontally from the top of a tower with 30 m/s. if
g - 10 ms?, the velocity of that body after 4 sec.

The velocity of body is 50 m/s.

Let there be no vertical component at point = A

The vertical compoenent at = B = 4 seconds

Therefore,  

v1 = 0 + gt  

= 10 *4 = 40 m/s

Resultant velocity = v = √ 40² + 30²

= √ 1600 + 900

= √ 2500

= 50 m/s

Thus, the velocity of body is 50 m/s.
