Answer:

initial velocity is 49 m/s

final velocity is 0 m/s

acceleration due to gravity is -10 m/s^2

v^2 = u^2 + 2as

0 = 49^2 - 2 x 10 x s

2401 = 20 s

s = 120.05 m

time of flight will be 2 u sin(theta)/g

2 x 49 x 1 / 10 =  98/10 = 9.8 sec

hope this helps mate

Answer:

122.5 m

Explanation:

Initial velocity =49/s (u)

Velocity of ball at maximum height = 0 (v)

Gravitational force = 9.8 m/s

CONSIDER MAXIMUM HEIGHT AS : H

Now by formula,

2gH = v^2 - u^2

2 x - 9.8 x H =0 - 49 ^2

-19.6 H = - 2401

H = 122.5 m
