Answer:

Length, breadth and height of a room are 5 m, 4 m and 3 m.

Area of four walls of the room =2h(l+b)

=2×3(5+4)

=6(9)

=54 sq m

Area of the ceiling =l×b

=5×4

=20 sq cm.

Total area of the four walls and the ceiling of the room

=54+20

=74 sq cm

Cost of white washing = Rs 7.50 per sq m

Total cost of white washing =74×7.50= Rs 555

Answer:

2100 Rs.

Step-by-step explanation:

Length - 5 m

Breadth - 4 m

Height - 3 m

 per \: {m}^{2} - 37.50 \: rs

Area of 4 walls =2( length \: + breadth) \: height \\ = 2(lh \: + \: bh)

Area of ceiling = length × breadth </p><p></p><p></p><p>Area : </p><p>[tex]2(5 + 4)3 \\ = 2(5 \times 3 + 4 \times 3) \\2(15 + 12) \\ = 2(27) \\ 54 {m}^{2} \\ 5 \times 4 \\ = 20 {m}^{2}

Cost of White washing

37.50 \: rs \: \times 54 {m}^{2} \\ = 2025 \: rs

37.50 \: rs \: \times 20 {m}^{2} \\ =75 rs \: rs

2025 + 75 = 2100 rs.
