Liam is setting up folding chairs for a meeting. If he arranges the chairs in 6 rows of the same length, he has 3 chairs left over. If he arranges the chairs in 4 rows of that same length, he has 21 left over. How many chairs does Liam have?

6x+3=4x+21
2x=18
x=9;
6*9+3=57
Liam have 57 chairs.
