Liberty is not a personal affair only but a social contract because we all need to follow a certain set of rules and regulations to adjust in the society. there may be people who may not be comfortable by our actions. To make the society a better place to live it is necessary that we understand the needs of everybody living in the society. The government of India grants us some fundamental rights but imposes some duties as well to so that our freedom and liberty can not be played with.
