Thanks for the question!
It is definitely a very interesting question to solve and do some brainstorming.

Entamoeba histolytica was discovered by Lamble in 1859 extras Losch in 1875 discovered it's pathogenic nature.
The life cycle of Entamoeba histolytica is monogenetic or it is a single host life cycle. Entamoeba histolytica has, in general, two forms, one is magna (trophozoite) or the pathogenic form which is found in abundance throughout the mucosa and submucosa of the intestinal region forming ulcers by reaching other body organs and the blood capillaries, and the second form is minuta or a nonpathogenic form which is found in abundance under the region of lumen or a small hole in the intestine.
Minuta forms encysts, the fully mature cyst is called as a tetra-nucleate cyst which has four nuclei and has a number of 2 chromatoid bodies. Tetra-nucleate cyst is regarded as the infective stage. The only one young amoeba with four nuclei is hatching out to form a cyst of Entamoeba histolytica, however, the single cyst of Entamoeba histolytica will produce a total of eight amoebae, infesting and infecting by the transmission (begins with mouth which contains pathogens of Entamoeba histolytica) into the blood vessels and the bloodstream and travels to vital organs and infections occur spontaneously too. Some key features are signs and symptoms given by them are abdominal pain in stomach areas, repeated motions with mixtures of blood and mucus, with a distinction of nuclear and ingestive RBCs.
