I live in a small town I live in Bath Maine they call it a city based on the people population but to me it is a town because there is nothing here to do for the young generation they talk about Maine on tv trying to get people to move here no one will move to Maine when everyone knows your business and there is nothing to do but get drunk in smoke all day there is no parks for kids if you have kids there are no movie theaters or bike trails or walking trails they have a trail but it's in the woods by the water but it doesn't have anything really on it to do all people do is work come home and everyone goes to bed early like 7:00 at night the town is a ghost town it's very weird I mean there should be stores to go in all they have is tiny gift shops and subway and a Chinese restaurants witch really isn't that good and to do anything you have to travel to Portland because that's where the malls are and the people are that's also where the night life is if you want to party and its also great for making friends because Portland in Maine is as close as you can get to Boston for being a active city so if you plan to move to Maine move to Portland don't move further north in Maine because you cant relate with the people because they are about farming or fishing or the naval ship yard in bath Maine so if you want your family to have fun and enjoy life don't move further north in to Maine because it sucks to be honest if you have the option don't move to Maine at all move to Massachusetts or Boston because I use to live there and I loved it and I want to move back because my life was so much more active and way more happier living here I have no active life I try to exercise to keep my mind off of being depressed but when you live where everything is a hours or 2 away from you it is very hard to feel happy so for people that live in city that have easy access to things be thankful because I'm not as lucky as you are your life can change in a second's like mine my parents had to move here because it was cheaper then Massachusetts and because we have pets but other then that that's why I live here and when I can get out of Maine I'm not walking I'm running out of Maine because I hate this state so much so please be thankful that you have stuff to do because I don't because life is like a game you are in one spot finding yourself going to another spot until one day you can go anywhere you want and until then you have to just play the game.
