I think the answer for the blank will be UPs and DOWNs
Life is never stable. You have to face difficulties in life. They however become the stepping stone for success. If life doesn't give you disappointment you can never get the will power and energy to be happy. It is life that teaches what true happiness and sadness mean. Failures are often the cause for sadness or disappointment. But without failures you won't get the urge to achieve the Golden fruit of success. So the happiness in our life is equally important with the sadness.
Therefore ups and downs are essential to live.

I believe that life is all about "choices".
When you make a right choice your happy and for me Life is a beautiful journey and living happy.
A small wrong choice can change your everything. Ruin the happiness and bring sadness.
