Hi, please consider the answer given below;

Lifestyle diseases can only be dealt with or prevented when people initiative of improving their health. This can be achieved when people develop an attitude of being positive as this helps to leave stress aside.

This will help in combating diseases such as heart stroke and paralysis and this can be achieved by trying to adopt a healthy environment.

On the other hand malnutrition is mainly evident in poor people as they are unable to access good food which is nutritious and this account for the large number of Indians who are poor.

So what can be done is to ensure that food is distributed to people equally and no wastage is ensured.

Answer:

Both malnutrition and prevention of lifestyle diseases can be done by adopting healthy diets.

Eating a diet rich in some vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may protect against certain types of cancers. Diets rich in foods containing fibre, such as some vegetables and fruits, may reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.

A healthy diet helps in building body mass as well as increasing nutrient and minerals in the body.

A healthy diet also helps in building overall immunity of the body.
