1) Convection is the more of transfer of heat in gases.
2) Transfer of heat in Air occurs through a process called Convection. When we light a candle, the heat produced from the candle heats the Air above it. As a result, the hot Air rises up. So, the hand above the candle experiences hotness. While the hand on the side of the candle experiences less hotness.
Convection: Transfer of heat from hotter end to cooler end in gases is called Convection.
