In Visible Light...We have VIBGYOR...And in that Red has maximum wavelength(minimum frequency)and so it deviates Minimum.While Violet has minimum wavelength(maximum frequency), So it deviated maximum.

Means, more is the wavelenght..lesser is the deviation and lesser is the wavelenght more is the deviation..They are inversly proportional.

As we move from red to violet in the visible spectrum wavelength keeps decreasing and so the deviation keeps increasing.

This can be explained further in very detail using Snell's Law.
