Here is your answer,

Well according to the formula i.e,

=> Kinetic Energy = hv - W

Thus,
If kinetic energy is more, work function would be less and vice versa.

Now,

=> W1 > W2 (given)

Thus, W2 is less than W1 therefore the kinetic energy of the emitted electron with work function as W2 will be greater.

Thus,
Kinetic energy of emitted electron with work function W2 would be greater.
