Light is refracted at the interface between a medium of refractive index 1.9 and asecond medium of refractive index 2.3. If the angle of incidence is 60°, calculate the angle of refraction.

n1/n2=. sin(theta2)/sin(theta1)

1.9/2.3= sin((theta2)/sin60°

19/23 = sin(thet2)/(√3/2)

19 x 2 = sin(theta2)

23 x√3

sin(theta2) = 45.677°
