Light Ltd. is engaged in producing plastic bags since last two decades but now it plans to replace them with eco-friendly bags such as jute bags and paper bags. Management discussed the issue with the representatives of the workers, who supported the management plan. After taking workers into confidence management decided to go for the implementation of its plan. It also got its workers trained in the manufacturing of eco-friendly bags and divided the work among the workers on equitable basis.
