wavelength = 590 nm . = 590× 10^-9.
speed of light in water = 3×10^-8/1.3
=. 2.30 × 10 ^8.
frequency in air or water { same in both }. =. v' = C / wavelength 3×10^8 /590 × 10^-9
= 508× 10 ^12 Hz .

wavelength = S. of light in water {v} / frequency {v' } =. 2.30 x 10^8 / 508 × 10^12.

wavelength. ➖. 0.00452 × 10^6
solve some . you get 445× 0.1 nm.

Therefore:_ Frequency , wavelength and speed of light in water is 508 × 10^12 , 445.01nm and 2.30 × 10 ^8. RESPECTIVELY.
HOPE IT IS HELPFUL !!!☺☺.
