Answer:

If you inherit certain genetic attributes derived from your parents, and they possess such genetic attributes from their parents, then passing through of such hereditary traits from one family to another is called 'Like Begets Like'..

For example, if you are a beloved son of your father (Bakshi, for example) who is found of reading books a lot, and you carry such penchant for reading as well, then someone can point out at you with the reference of 'like begets like', something like -

'Here comes the bookworm of Mr Bakshi, who is himself an avid bibliophile.!"

Hope it helps you dear......xd

Answer:

It is just that every organism on this earth will produce it's offspring ( next generation) which will be similar to the parent in most of the attributes. However, one may find some dissimilarities between two offspring of same parent say for example, two real brother are not similar in certain characteristics like voice, hair colour etc. which is because of variations ( due to crossing over of chromosomes) ....

Hope you liked it...... I told you a little extra.....
