The difference of electronegativity between carbon and oxygen is not much as compared to the electronegativity deifference between silicon and oxygen.It leads to more polar bond and hence less stable as compares to carbon monoxide.
Moreover the carbon-oxygen bond is triply bonded whereas silicon-oxygen bond is doubly bonded.Hence the Co molecule is more stable
