Like the Mughal Empire, India today is also made up of many social and cultural units. Does this pose a challenge to national integration?

Today, Our independent India is a secular country. This nation has full of integrity, unity and  diversity. Therefore in this country every man can practice their own culture . This is because the people of India proclaims India as the motherland. And Due to democracy and socialism in the country many social or cultural units do not pose a challenge to national integration.

Like Mughal Empire, today's India is made up of many social and cultural groups. It does mot pose any challenge to the national integration because the real unity lies in diversity not in uniformity. There are various countries which despite having uniformity in cultural and social aspect lack the national integration.

The constitution of India treats all the citizens equally and has given them equal rights and duties. So every citizen irrespective of his religion and caste regards India as her motherland and his duty to defend her.

It is only politicians and communal forces who fume the communalism and caste politics to divide the people. These people should be checked and legal action should be taken against them.
