like we were developed into humans by ape but todays monkeys donot develop into Human ! give reason?

all the apes to not get enough food and nutrition to convert to those who got enough nutrition according to Darwin's theory that strongest will survive then according, those who got nutrition where turn into humans and rest of all remain monkeys
