Let the common ratio be x

then, the ratios are 4x and 7x

number of indian stamps are 68.

number of foreign stamps are ?

ATP,

4x = 68

x = 68/4

x = 17

Therefore, the foreign stamps are 7x = 7×17 = 119..

IF we simplify the answer which we get is 17
