Answer:

put π-2x=y

when x tends to π/2 implies y tends to 0

lim x tends to 0 (2cos^2 x/(π-2x)^2

= lim y tends to 0 (2 cos ^2(π/2-y/2)/y^2

= lim y tends to 0 (2 sin^2 y/2)/y^2

=lim y tends to 0 [sin y/2/y/2]^2(1/2)

=(1)^2(1/2)=1/2
