3 \div {x \:}^{2} \\ x \: tends \: to \: infinite \\ then \: 3 \div {x }^{2} = 3 \div \infty = 0 \\ so \: 3 \div x {}^{2} + 2 = 0 + 2 = 2 \\ answer \: is \: 2
