 \lim_{x \to \infty}  \frac{39x^2-7}{54x^2+19}

Divide the numerator and denominator of the fraction by x²

 \lim_{x \to \infty}  \frac{39 -  \frac{7}{x^2}  }{54 +  \frac{19}{x^2} }

Rewriting the limits  if x ---> ∞ then 1/x   --> 0  that means 1/x^2  ----> 0

On substitution

We get

39/54
