(x^2- tan 2x) /tan x this is the function inside the limit . So when we put the limits, it gives us ratio of 0/0 , so we can use L hopitals rule

Using that we get [2x- 2sec^2 x]/sec^2 x

Put x=0 and we get 0-2/1=-2
