Limitation of ohms law? easy answer

this law is valid for conductors only and that too at a constant temperature. the resistance of a conductor increases with temperature.
ohms law is not followed by semiconductors

ohms law is valid for metal conductors provided the temperature and other physical conditions remain constant. The resistance of the material changes with temperature. omhs law is not applicable to gaseous conductors. It is also not applicable to semiconductors such as germanium and silicon
