THE LIMITATION ARE
1) IT COULD NOT EXPLAIN THE RESULT OF THE SCATTERING EXPERIMENT PERFORMED BY RUTHERFORD.
2) IT DID NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIMENTAL EVIDENCE IN ITS SUPPORT
