it is very easy

you just have to do it using ANGLE SUM PROPERTY AND LINEAR PAIR

Here is your answer,

Given:

  • BAC = 15°

  • ABC = 40°

  • CDE = 52°

To Find:

  • x° (angle ACD)

  • y° (angle AED)

Solution:

We Know, ACD is exterior angle.

(Exterior angle = Sum of interior opposite angles)

So ACD = 15 + 40

Angle ACD = x = 45°

Now let's find out angle 'y',

We Know 'y' is the exterior angle when

the exterior angle whenwe consider the triangle CDE.

So,

y = (x + 52)

(opposite angles)

y = (45 + 52)

y = 97°
