Hey mate !!
Here's the answer !!
We know that Tangents drawn from an external point to a circle are always equal in length.
Hence we can say that the tangents XY and YZ are equal in length.
Now consider Δ XYZ,
We know that,
XY = YZ.
Since two sides of the triangle are equal, the triangle is said to be an isosceles triangle.
Hence Δ XYZ = Isosceles Traingle
Hope my answer helps !!
Cheers !!

Here's the answer ☞
according to triangle theory ===
Tangents drawn from an external point to a circle are always equal in length.
then
the tangents XY and YZ are equal in length.
Now consider Δ XYZ,
We also know that,
=> XY = YZ.
Since two sides of the triangle are equal, the triangle is said to be an isosceles triangle.
Hence
Δ XYZ = Isosceles Traingle___{answer}
I think my answer is capable to clear your confusion...
