Answer:

2a+3b=6

a = (6-3b)/2 ... i

putting the value of a in ii, we get

a+b =-1

(6-3b) /2 = -1

-3b = -2-6

3b = 8

b= 8/3

putting value of b in I, we get

a= 6-3(8/3) / 2

a= (6-8) /2 = -2/2 = -1
