\frac{4}{2x} - \frac{3}{4x} = 7

LCM = 4x

Hence,

 \frac{4}{2x}  \times  \frac{2}{2}   -   \frac{3}{4x}  = 7

 \frac{8}{4x}  -  \frac{3}{4x}  = 7

 \frac{8 - 3}{4x}  = 7

 \frac{5}{4x}  = 7

5 = 7 \times 4x

5 = 28x

x =  \frac{5}{28}
