 \rm{Let  \: sons  \: age  \:be \: x.}

 \rm{Then, fathers  \: age = 2x.}

 \sf \green{12(x—2O) = (2x - 20)  } \\  \sf \purple{x = 22}

 \fcolorbox{purple}{pink}{Fathers present age = 44 years}
