if <1 = ( 120 –x) ,
< 5 = 5x,
Find <1 and <5.

the given two lines are parallel so angle 1 will be equal to angle 5. because they are corresponding angles
therefore <1=<5
substitute there given value so the answer will be
120-x=5x
120=6x
x=20.
