☺here is ur answer☺
angle x=45°
angle z=45(vertically opposite angle)
angle z + angle y=180°(linear pair)
45°+angle y=180°
angle y=180°-45°
angle y=135°
angle u = angle y=135°(vertically opposite angles)

Given,

Two lines, l and m, are intersecting at 'O'.

x = 45°

To find,

The value of y, z and u.

Solution,

The value of y, z and u will be 135°, 45° and 135° respectively.

We can easily solve this problem by following the given steps.

We know that when two lines intersect at a point then their vertically opposite angles are equal.

According to the question,

x = 45°

So, z = 45° (vertically opposite angle to x)

Now, we know that the angle made on a straight line is 180°.

So, x+y = 180°

y = (180-x)°

y = (180-45)°

y = 135°

Now,

y = u = 135° (vertically opposite angles)

Hence, the value of y, z and u will be 135°, 45° and 135° respectively.
